Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women welcomes the foreign students for admission every year in beginning of academic session. The admissions are routed through Foreign Students' Registry (FSR) of Delhi university.

FSR office is the single window for all the foreign nationals who wish to take admission in any of the Programme of study at the college.
